How do we create impact for professional LGBTIQ+ women?
We host regular self-funded events in Naarm / Melbourne, Australia to connect our members, supporting them in sharing their experiences openly and building their network of professional LGBTIQ+ women in a safe and inclusive environment. We look forward to expanding to other states and countries in the future.

What our members say
“Joining Rainbow Women in 2022, I didn’t expect to find my tribe so quickly. It was like stepping into a technicolour world where everyone spoke my language—fluent in professionalism and queer culture. I felt so comfortable, I almost checked my shoes for ruby slippers. There’s no place like this network!”
“As a non-binary person in corporate spaces, Rainbow Women has been a lifeline for me over the past 5+ years. It’s more than a network; it’s a community where I’ve found the courage to embrace and express my authentic self. For anyone navigating professional environments, Rainbow Women offers invaluable support, empowerment and most importantly, FUN.”
“Rainbow Women provides a great opportunity to connect with other LGBTQIA+ women in various industries. I’ve really enjoyed being able to meet more folks in the community and share our perspectives and lived experience!”
“I joined Rainbow Women in 2019 and have attended both in-person and virtual gatherings. What stands out is the affirming, inclusive space where I can connect with other queer professionals, without the fear of awkward questions. It’s a supportive network spanning various industries, making me feel less alone. As a parent, I also appreciate the mix of meeting times, allowing me to join when it works best for me.”
